• The client agrees to provide timely access to the property to ensure that design and construction work can be completed within agreed timelines.
• The client agrees to make timely payments for services rendered as per the contract or estimate.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments for services will be outlined in the contract or quotation. All payments must be made as per the terms agreed upon between Capital Interior and the client.

5. Project Timeline

While we strive to complete all projects within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as material availability, weather conditions, or client-related delays.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and other intellectual property created by Capital Interior are the exclusive property of Capital Interior unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitations of Liability

Capital Interior will not be held responsible for any damage to property or delay in service delivery arising out of situations beyond our control, such as force majeure events, accidents, or third-party failures.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
